What is covered by the Lifetime Warranty?
Manufacturer’s defects caused by poor craftsmanship or defective hardware or materials when purchased through LightningFlame.com
This warranty covers your lighter for a one-time replacement should your lighter stop working.
To be eligible for this warranty you must register your product within 30-days of purchase. If the item was purchased as a gift, the purchaser can set up the warranty by registering the model purchased along with the recipients name, address, phone number and email along with proof of purchase.

What is not covered by the Lifetime Warranty?
All our products are warrantied against manufacturing defects. If your Lightning Flame product is damaged due to user misuse you may not qualify for our warranty replacement, but we do offer a product replacement for a nominal fee.*Shipping costs may apply
