What is an electric lighter?
Electric lighters function without the use of any fuel. The PlasmaTorch™ uses electric current; open electrodes transmit current to on another causing an electric arc to be created between the exposed electrodes. They are rechargeable, flameless, windproof and water resistant.
If it's water resistant, does that mean it's waterproof?
Water resistant and waterproof are two different things. PlasmaTorch™ can withstand some rain drops, splashes, etc., because it doesn't have the wick or flint traditional lighters have, which usually compromise the use of your lighter when wet. The electrodes on the PlasmaTorch™ are quick drying and can be wiped dry. These lighters are NOT waterproof and CANNOT be fully submerged in water.
How long will my lighter charge last? How long does it take to charge?
You should get up to 300 lights out of one charge. Results will vary depending on individual use (how long you leave the lighter on each use)
It will take 75-90 minutes to fully recharge the lighter. It's an easy habit to get into, just like charging your cell phone.
My lighter isn't working properly - what can I do?
If the lighter isn't igniting you likely have one of two issues:
- Check to be sure your lighter has enough of a charge. If the LED light isn't turning on, you likely need to charge your lighter.
The electrodes may need a cleaning. Simply use a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol to wipe clean the electrodes and surrounding area.

How does the warranty work?
Each PlasmaTorch™ is backed by our Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers your lighter for a one-time replacement should your lighter stop working due to a manufacturer's defects caused by poor craftsmanship or defective hardware or materials.
To be eligible for this warranty you must register your product within 30-days of purchase. If the item was purchased as a gift, the purchaser can set up the warranty by registering the model purchased along with the recipients name, address, phone number and email along with proof of purchase.

How long does it take to receive my product?
Our team will let you know within 48 hours of your purchase if your item is on back-order or not. We do our best to ensure customers will know whether a product is in stock or not through the website but sometimes orders come in faster than we can update the site.
Depending on your location, and our current order volume shipment can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
I didn't receive a confirmation email concerning my purchase.
All orders will receive an automatic confirmation of the purchase via email within 30 minutes of placing the order. Check your spam/junk folder to be sure it didn't get trapped in there. If you still cannot find your confirmation, just email us at email@example.com.
I made a mistake and want to change my order - what do I do?
